We, at AUI, are pioneering the next generation of conversational AI agents with Apollo. Apollo isn't just another language model; it's a breakthrough neuro-symbolic foundation model for controllable agents, designed from the ground up to finally solve the controllability problem in conversational AI. This unique approach enables capabilities that the standard transformer models lack, such as reliable, native tool use and unprecedented granular control over agent behavior in each interaction, including the ability to implement hard rules and continuously fine-tune performance based on real-world feedback.

Apollo is demonstrating state-of-the-art results in demanding domains like retail and travel. We believe this technology is the essential unlock for truly reliable and scalable conversational agents across consumer and enterprise applications, moving the entire field forward. What will you be doing?

As a Product Designer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team, partnering with product and engineering to deliver smart, fun, and intuitive experiences.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to create a creative and productive workflow
• Craft smart designs, integrating feedback from users and colleagues into your vision
• Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity UI for your features
• Work on multiple platforms to ensure a single-flow
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in features you or others have implemented

Who you are?

A passionate and innovative Product Designer who can identify opportunities and then translate these ideas into reality. You love a good challenge, are curious about everything (food, science, art, trading – whatever), and have the passion to build smart solutions, in short user-feedback cycles. You are a well-rounded, generalist designer, who can tackle any problems that come your way. You are an individual who prides themselves on their work. You care about the little details, and the bigger picture and have a keen eye for perfection.

What should you have?

• 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a UX/UI design role with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, pixel-perfect work.
• Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Startup Mindset: An appreciation for the challenges and opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Time-Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Educational Background: BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• User-Centric Thinking: A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to create intuitive and accessible designs.
